The Horsham Heritage Trails Project – Get Involved!
The Horsham Heritage Trails Project (funded by The National Lottery) will give volunteers from Horsham District the opportunity to discover and help promote the region’s history and heritage by developing trails exploring its towns, villages and countryside.
Training sessions will be given in the practical aspects of developing heritage trails, techniques of historical research and the subsequent writing and illustration of leaflets describing the trails.
If you want to join this project please send an email to [email protected] giving us your details. Alternatively you can write to Horsham District Heritage Trail, c/o Jeremy Knight, Horsham Museum & Art Gallery, 9 Causeway, Horsham, West Sussex RH12 1HE.
"Although we would welcome volunteers from any part of Horsham District we are especially in need of those from the areas of Amberley, Thakeham and West Chiltington!"
